We manufacture and deliver the high-consumption wear parts and complete lines your mine or site depends on, built to specification, competitively priced, and delivered on time. Shorter lead times.
One Partner. Zero Surprises.
we have manufactured heavy industrial equipment and critical spare parts for mining, cement and aggregate operations. From casting, forging and welding to heat treatment, precision machining and final assembly, we control the complete manufacturing process in-house.
We are the OEM behind the OEMs. Leading equipment brands rely on our manufacturing capabilities for large, complex and mission-critical components. When your operation cannot wait, you deal directly with the factory that makes the part, not a chain of traders

What we manufacture, from and to where
From our manufacturing bases in Shanghai and Xuzhou, we produce complete mining, cement and aggregate equipment, as well as the large, critical components that few manufacturers can handle.
Our capabilities include complete ball and SAG mills, gyratory, cone and jaw crushers across multiple sizes and duty classes, HPGR systems, rotary kilns and complete crushing and grinding lines. We manufacture girth gears exceeding 16 metres in diameter, main shafts and spider assemblies weighing up to 150 tonnes, mill shells, heads and trunnions, kiln tyres, support rollers, large pinions, crusher frames, bowls, mantles and other heavy cast, forged and machined components.
We manufacture everything from individual replacement parts to complete machines and full production lines. Our own teams handle the engineering, casting, forging, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly and final inspection.

More than 100 machining, fabrication and assembly systems support large shells, gears, trunnions, rollers and other critical components, with ultrasonic, radiographic and magnetic-particle inspection before release

Engineered Around Your Operation
We do not force standard catalogue equipment into applications where it does not belong. Our engineering team develops each solution around your material, required capacity, feed size, final product, site conditions and maintenance needs.
With more than 20 years of heavy-industry design experience, we refine the process and equipment configuration before production begins, helping clients improve reliability, simplify maintenance and avoid costly design mistakes. Every project is built for the actual operation, not copied from a generic template.

Manufacturing You Can Verify
One factory system. Controlled processes. Certified quality.
We engineer, manufacture and inspect heavy equipment and critical components through a controlled production process.
Every order moves through technical review, material confirmation, fabrication, welding, heat treatment, precision machining, assembly and final inspection. Our workshops are equipped for large-scale turning, boring, milling, gear hobbing and shaping, plate rolling, CNC cutting and submerged-arc and TIG welding.
Quality is verified through ultrasonic, radiographic and magnetic-particle testing, supported by certified management systems:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
From complete machines to custom replacement components, every stage is documented, inspected and controlled before shipment.

Built for the Parts of the Plant That Cannot Fail

We manufacture the heavy equipment and critical components at the heart of cement and aggregate production, including crushers, ball mills, vertical mills, rotary kilns, dryers, large gears, trunnions, rollers, shafts and transmission assemblies.
Whether replacing a failed component or supplying a complete machine, our engineers design around the plant’s actual load, material, capacity and operating conditions. The result is equipment built to fit correctly, run reliably and withstand continuous industrial service

We support cement and aggregate plants with urgent replacement components, equipment upgrades and complete new systems. Our scope covers crushers, ball mills, vertical mills, rotary kilns, dryers, conveying equipment, dust-control systems and their major assemblies.
For existing equipment, we can manufacture from drawings, improve components that are failing too quickly and adapt designs to the plant’s actual operating conditions. For larger projects, we supply complete equipment sets for cement production lines, grinding stations, slag processing, coal preparation and mineral-processing applications.
Whether the requirement is one failed component, a machine upgrade or a complete line, the project stays with one engineering and manufacturing team from review to delivery.

When OEM lead times, discontinued parts or repeated failures put production at risk, we step in. Our engineers can work from drawings, samples, worn components or operating data to reproduce, upgrade or redesign critical parts and complete assemblies.
You get the manufacturing depth trusted by major OEMs, but without the inflated price, slow response or rigid catalogue limitations. Difficult component, tight shutdown or obsolete equipment, one team takes responsibility for getting it solved

The OEMs’ OEM
Many equipment brands sell the machine. We manufacture the heavy components and assemblies behind it.
Our engineering and production teams support OEMs with large castings, forgings, machined parts, complete assemblies and full equipment manufacturing. We work from original drawings, performance requirements or operating data, with the capacity to handle complex, oversized and non-standard projects.
That means mines, cement plants and aggregate producers can access the same level of manufacturing capability without paying for another name on the invoice.
